What You Will Do:
- Partner with the CEO and founders on commercial strategy, end‑to‑end financial modeling, and scenario planning to optimize unit economics and cohort LTV.
- Own the treasury function managing billions in customer money, ensuring full CASS compliance and managing NIM dynamics and bank counterparty relationships.
- Lead the Data Insight team to translate complex customer behavior and product pricing data into actionable commercial decisions and forward‑looking revenue models.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as a CFO or FD in a VC‑backed consumer fintech or retail investment platform with deep expertise in unit economics like CAC and LTV.
- Strong background in FCA‑regulated environments, capable of holding an SMF designation and managing CASS‑compliant client money or custody functions.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a heavy lean toward FP&A and forward‑looking commercial leadership rather than purely historic statutory reporting.
