Softwerx seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Developer to own the setup, optimisation, and day-to-day management of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. This role enables our sales, marketing and service delivery teams through efficient automation, customisation, dashboards and best-practice CRM usage.
Reporting to the CTO with accountability to the CMO and CRO, the candidate will act as the internal SME for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
