Hays are delighted to be partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit a Business Operations Assistant to join their London-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple business functions.
You'll play a key role in supporting business operations, project coordination, governance activities, leadership reporting and internal communications within a fast-paced international environment.
The Role
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will:
- Support project coordination, reporting and business operations activities.
- Prepare presentations, leadership updates, meeting packs and business documentation.
- Coordinate commercial contracts, agreements and related documentation.
- Maintain governance records, business archives and project documentation.
- Track actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed.
- Support marketing initiatives and business development communications.
- Coordinate activity across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Assist with management reporting and business updates.
- Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have
- Previous experience within business operations, project coordination, governance, administration or a similar support function.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and Share Point.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working within an international business environment.
- French language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
