Role Description

The Business Operations Co-ordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Crawley Down, supporting the smooth running of Tulleys’ year-round entertainment and seasonal events.

This role involves coordinating day-to-day operational activities, maintaining schedules and databases, and ensuring that key tasks and deadlines are met across departments.

The Co-ordinator will handle administrative duties such as documentation, reporting, and record-keeping, while supporting budget tracking and basic data analysis to inform operational decisions.

The position includes regular communication with internal teams, suppliers, and partners, as well as assisting with customer-facing processes to help deliver a consistently high-quality visitor experience.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities during peak event periods.

  • Candidates should possess strong Business Operations skills, with experience coordinating processes and supporting cross-functional activities.
