DealFlowAgent is the UK\’s only AI-native M&A firm. We specialise in helping business owners (£/$500k-50m revenue) to grow, automate and successfully sell their company. Our AI handles 70-80% of the administrative workload, freeing our advisors to focus on high-impact activities: building relationships, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional client care.

The Role: Sell-Side M&A Lead

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sell-Side M&A Lead to own the entire deal lifecycle, from initial client conversation to signed Heads of Terms. You will manage a portfolio of high-quality sell-side mandates, leveraging our AI platform to close deals efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, profitable business at the forefront of the M&A industry and earn significant uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with 15-30+ business owners monthly to identify and onboard high-potential clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sell-side process for a select portfolio of clients.
  • Refine and personalize AI-generated materials (IMs, teasers, buyer lists).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and buyers.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure deals progress smoothly to completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two closed acquisition deals where you played a key role.
  • Proven experience in relationship-driven sales with business owners.
  • Strong understanding of what makes a compelling business case for sale (IMs, teasers).
  • Highly responsive, with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable using and refining outputs from AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value deals simultaneously.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or with local service businesses is a plus, as is an existing buyer network.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Circa £70,000
  • Commission: 15% of success fees (Uncapped OTE £250k – £600k+)
  • Equity: Significant upside potential in a rapidly growing company.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid working with London office access.
