Who We Are
DealFlowAgent is an AI-native M&A advisory firm helping business owners in the US and UK sell their companies. We use conversational AI agents alongside experienced human advisors to modernize the M&A process for businesses selling their companies to our fast growing buyer relationship graph. We are primarily focused on helping essential services including home services (e.g. fire safety, plumbing etc.) and healthcare (dental clinics, care homes etc.). These are future proof industries and billions in funding is shifting into these industries.
Backed by a top-tier VC with very early investments in Canva, Notion, Uber, and SpaceX, they invested in Joe and DealFlowAgent because M&A for lower middle market businesses is broken, and we are the team to fix it.
