We are hiring a Marketplace Manager to lead our UK online channels. You’ll drive growth across channels including Amazon, eBay, B&Q, Temu, The Range, and Shopify combining strategy, hands‑on execution, and performance marketing to boost sales, grow market share, and hit key targets.
What You’ll Do
- Create and deliver plans for each channel that support business goals.
- Manage day‑to‑day marketplace activity across key platforms, ensuring smooth execution.
- Improve listings to boost visibility and conversion.
- Develop pricing, promotions, and buy‑box strategies to maximise competitiveness.
- Lead product launches and key events like Prime Day and Black Friday.
- Play a key role in the UK marketplace P&L — including revenue forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting.
PPC & Performance Marketing
- Run and refine Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) to hit key metrics like ACoS, ROAS, and CTR.
- Build campaigns based on product type, stage, and keyword intent.
- Test creatives, headlines, placements, and bids to boost performance.
- Deliver monthly PPC reviews with clear, actionable insights.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure accurate forecasting, in‑stock performance, and efficient delivery.
- Work with finance and commercial teams on promotions, ROI, and revenue goals.
- Coordinate all marketplace initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years experience managing Amazon Seller Central.

- Proven success managing Amazon PPC campaigns, delivering on key metrics like ACoS, ROAS, and CTR.

- Experienced in marketplace optimisation: SEO, A+ content, brand stores, and reviews.
- History of developing strategies for end‑to‑end product lifecycle across multiple categories.
- Solid understanding of P&L, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Skilled at analysing campaign performance and refining future strategies.
