We are a brunch and lunch eatery during the day that transforms into a Steak & Lobster fine dining restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings, alongside a calendar of private and public events.
We use the best local ingredients and use a modern take on brunch and lunch experiences.
We are looking for our new Manager to lead the team and drive revenue and profits by enhancing and developing outstanding restaurant service.
Duties will include; day to day operation of the restaurant, marketing, staff rotors, staff training, working within designated budgets, ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to and wine/cocktail menu creation to name a few. This will include control of our social media accounts, mailing lists and any other marketing initiatives the candidate chooses to use.
The role is 40-50 hours per week with a competitive salary, cash tips equivalent to £7000 per annum, pension, predominantly day time hours, 28 days holiday per year and the potential for a four day week.
