Workplace: White City, London – 2 days a week in the office

The role

As a Team Producer, you will support and drive promo campaigns for Marketing, Commercial, and wider ITV networks.

Working closely with Marketing, Delivery Management, and Creative teams, you will ensure campaigns run smoothly from concept to delivery across owned and paid platforms.

This role is ideal for a junior-to-midweight producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work on both standalone campaigns and large-scale integrated productions.

  • Main responsibilities
  • Production Management
  • Collaborate with Delivery Management to establish, track, and adjust timing plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of allocated campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet timing, budget, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the central production point of contact, keeping all stakeholders updated on campaign status.
  • Assist as a Production Coordinator/Manager on larger flagship campaigns under senior guidance.
  • Support Creative Directors to ensure highest possible creative standards
  • Operations & Post-Production
  • Source and clear campaign assets/footage with libraries, Production Companies and other third parties; manage asset delivery and archiving.
  • Book internal post-production facilities alongside the Post-Production Producer.
  • Compliance & Administration
  • Work with ITV Compliance and Clearcast to ensure all content adheres to broadcasting regulations.
  • Handle daily admin, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and setting up NDAs/legal contracts.
  • Help identify process improvements to streamline department workflows.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

  • Must have junior to midweight experience in a production role within an advertising agency or broadcast environment
  • Ability to produce and drive end to end campaigns working to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of deliverables and digital formats, shooting and delivery
  • Good computer literacy (MAC and PC)

  • Able to work in a collaborative way with peers and stakeholders within ITV
