The role
As a multi‑skilled Production Manager at ITV Creative, you will support the team in delivering high‑impact, multi‑platform campaigns across the entire ITV channel portfolio. Working side‑by‑side with the Senior Creative Producer, you will champion integrated campaigns across a broad range of media including On‑Air, OOH, Print, Digital, and Social platforms. A proven understanding of multi‑platform media plans is essential. You will confidently manage timelines, budgets, and the end‑to‑end production process, ensuring every asset is delivered accurately to multiple media owners under tight turnarounds and pressed situations. ITV Creative is constantly evolving in content, formats, and processes, this role requires a flexible, agile professional with a deep passion for creative and who is always ready to learn new techniques and processes. Navigating both internal ITV departments and external agencies, you will act as a key collaborator, building strong relationships and keeping complex productions running seamlessly from concept to delivery.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for managing 360 media campaigns from brief to delivery.
- Budgeting, reconciliation, raising contracts, purchase ordering & invoicing.
- Producing accurate documents for creative presentations, PPMs.
- Clear understanding of production processes for all media, liaising with post production houses, Retouchers and external production partners.
- Sourcing the best talent across photography, illustration, digital and social design and art direction.
- Working for the Senior Creative Producer, and supporting CD and ECD to create best in class campaigns.
- Production for film shoots, stills shoots, liaising with studios, crews, caterers and ordering kit, paperwork and call sheets.
- Liaising with ITV’s Media Agency and media owners to source specs and ensure delivery of assets.
- Source imagery and content from within ITV and externally.
- Quality control for all work leaving ITV Creative and ensure adherence to the brand.
- Day to day management of production folders and assets, and archiving.
- Working as part of the wider Production and Operations team, aligning with agreed workflows and ensuring knowledge sharing and collaborative working.
- Support, and cover, other production & operations roles as required.
- Act as a key member of the department as it evolves to adopt new working practices.
- Deputising for Senior Creative Producer and Producer when required and covering shoots.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Proven ability to deliver multi‑platform campaigns and thorough knowledge of these platforms.
- Strong experience in a production or creative environment is essential.
- Experience in managing budgets with the ability to reconcile budgets to timely conclusion in a professional and thorough manner.
- Experience in managing Photography shoots and digital shoots.
- Proven experience of working with Producers and Creatives.
- Ability to negotiate with internal and external companies.
- Knowledge of files, applications and different digital formats.
- Excellent eye for detail.
