Deaf Unity in London is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented analytics lead to guard the measurement framework and drive cross‑channel test & learn initiatives. You will sit between channel leads and analysts to ensure Marketing Mix Models are fed with the right data and experiments are translated into rigorous, actionable tests.

You will own the measurement roadmap, manage data sharing with MMM partners, interpret model outputs into clear channels recommendations, and continuously improve the process.
