Workplace: ITV Manchester, Media City + Hybrid – expectation is 2-3 days in the office per week. The team supports teams across the whole of ITV, helping them create content and products that millions of people interact with every single day. Our Finance Continuous Improvement team is involved in delivering key business change initiatives. Working closely with both our Finance Operations and Tech teams, our Global Process Owners (GPOs) ensure that our processes run efficiently and meet the requirements of our business.
This role sits within ITV Group Finance and plays a key part in delivering a major Corporate Simplification initiative. The programme will simplify ITV’s corporate structure and, in doing so, drive significant change across finance systems and end-to-end processes. As Business Change Lead, you’ll support the Business Change Manager to plan and deliver effective, colleague-centric change activity, ensuring Finance teams are engaged, prepared and supported through the transition. You’ll apply best-practice change management principles to assess readiness, manage resistance and embed sustainable change across a complex organisation.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and evolve the Change Impact Assessment, using it to inform and update change plans
- Contribute to and oversee the creation of engaging change communications and materials across multiple formats, including review and sign-off
- Coordinate and support engagement sessions, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support the facilitation of training sessions to enable adoption of new processes and systems
- Help manage and energise the Change Network, including preparing and running regular meetings
- Collaborate with programme colleagues to plan and support change activity across training, testing and support models
- Define and deliver approaches to measure change readiness, effectiveness and adoption, addressing resistance where identified
- Track progress against the change plan, managing risks, issues and dependencies through programme governance
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria):
- At least 3 years’ experience working in business change or change management roles
- Proven experience owning change activity within a transformation programme in a complex organisation
- Experience working with Finance teams or a clear understanding of core finance processes
- Practical experience using change management methodologies, tools and frameworks
