ITV Studios plc is seeking a dedicated M&A Technology Service Delivery Lead to mobilise pre-drafted TSAs during a 24‑ to 36‑month transition window.
You will govern end-to-end TSA service delivery, coordinate with internal service owners and finance partners, and ensure a clean exit of services post-transition.
