The role involves joining the ITV Studios Global Partnerships marketing team on a 6-month fixed‑term contract. This role will support a busy slate of priority scripted titles across catalogue, co‑production and front catalogue activity, helping deliver world‑class marketing campaigns and sales support materials that maximise international commercial impact. The successful candidate will work across multiple high‑profile projects simultaneously, partnering closely with sales, publicity, creative agencies, production teams and broadcaster partners to deliver best‑in‑class B2B marketing initiatives.
Main responsibilities
- Campaign & Brand Management: Develop and deliver impactful international marketing campaigns for priority scripted titles across catalogue, co‑production and front catalogue. Create and manage marketing materials including key art, pitch decks, promos, sizzle reels, advertising and digital assets. Write clear creative briefs and manage external agencies and suppliers through to delivery. Support title launches, international screenings and market activity including LA Screenings, MIPCOM and other key sales events. Ensure all campaign activity aligns with ITV Studios brand positioning and commercial priorities.
- Catalogue & Commercial Opportunity Development: Support the identification and development of commercial opportunities across the ITV Studios catalogue, helping maximise the value of key brands and library titles. Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive renewed interest and revenue opportunities across priority catalogue titles. Identify opportunities to refresh, repackage and reposition catalogue content for international buyers and broadcasters. Contribute to larger cross‑title marketing initiatives designed to increase visibility, support strategic sales priorities and strengthen long‑term brand value.
- Sales & Commercial Support: Produce high‑quality sales support materials tailored for buyers, co‑production partners and broadcasters. Manage fast‑turnaround bespoke requests across multiple priority titles and territories. Maintain strong awareness of title pipelines, launch timings and key commercial priorities.
- Publicity & Talent Support: Support publicity activity for priority titles, including talent opportunities, press materials and launch support. Coordinate with producers, talent representatives and broadcaster publicity teams where required. Assist with screenings, events, junkets and international festival activity.
- Markets & Events: Support the planning and delivery of marketing collateral for key international markets and festivals. Work collaboratively across teams on presentations, stand visuals, brochures, screenings and event materials. Help ensure all materials are delivered to a high creative standard and on schedule.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships across marketing, sales, production and external partners. Regularly communicate campaign updates, priorities and launch activity to internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team environment, helping manage competing priorities effectively.
