The Team

As part of ITV Studios Marketing, the Brand Experiences and Engagement team is a multi award-winning in-house group of experts responsible for bringing our shows, our brand and our business to life for a range of audiences across the world. We plan and deliver industry-leading, commercially-focused experiences that are totally aligned with Sales teams and customers worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- The Junior Producer works across a portfolio of events with the Producers, supporting flagship experiences (MIPCOM, ITV Studios Festivals) and delivering allocated projects (Screenings, Management Away Days).
- Responsible for detailed planning documentation and processes, venue finding including international venues, health & safety and budget management.
- Manage Guestlist & Delegate Management across all events, including creation of guest lists in Salesforce & internal systems, inbox management pre-event for guest RSVPs, and management of registration processes.
- Where applicable, manage delegates' travel and accommodation, often including international travel for over 100 delegates.
- Lead the creative development of event assets and collateral including the creation of branded materials.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments and bring new ideas to the team; input to event brainstorms and idea generation sessions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Brand Experiences and ITV Studios Marketing.
- Adhere to all ITV policies including awareness of and compliance with the Bribery Act and ITV Hospitality policies.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Proven experience as a Project and Events Coordinator with a strong track record of delivering results in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Experience working with budgets, tracking spend and managing POs and invoices within a finance system.
- Understanding of the media and events industry; previous experience at MIPCOM is preferred but not essential.
- A good understanding of venue searching and extensive venue knowledge in the UK, specifically London, as well as international venue knowledge.
- Good understanding of managing and creating databases for delegate management.
- Good understanding of organising international travel for delegates, talent and international shipment of event kit.

- Excellent organisational & administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise, work across multiple projects, multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines.
- A positive can-do attitude, willing to get stuck in no matter how big or small the task.
- Confident with all Mac operating systems, G Suite, MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of, but not essential, Keynote, Salesforce, Firefly and Canva suites.
The Brand Experiences team lead and manage all markets and events, which can occur in the UK or global locations, and at different times of the day and night. Very long days should be expected from time to time, and occasional international travel will be required.
