ITV plc is seeking a commercially minded Legal Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract in London, hybrid with 2–3 days in the office. Reporting to the Director of Corporate & Legal Affairs, you will provide commercial legal advice to Procurement, Finance and HR and draft/negotiate supplier agreements, focusing on separation activities before the divestment of ITV’s Media & Entertainment business.
