The team: Content Supply and Distribution (CS&D) is a key group within ITV’s Media & Entertainment business that is responsible for managing ITV’s content and data from source to screen across linear broadcast and online streaming supply chains. The Content Supply Technology (CST) team develops and maintains the underpinning technology products, data and platforms, supported along the way by business analysis, architecture and delivery management experts.
The role:
- Support Senior Project Managers and the wider Content Supply & Distribution (CS&D) delivery team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activity, including progress tracking, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Prepare and maintain core project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk and issue logs.
- Organise and manage project meetings, setting agendas, capturing actions, and tracking ownership.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and support strong working relationships.
- Collect and analyse project data to contribute to accurate and timely status reporting.
- Support the identification, tracking, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Assist with monitoring project costs against approved budgets.
- Contribute to lessons learned, retrospectives, and ongoing improvements to delivery processes.

Eligibility/Entry Criteria:
As this is a Level 4 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications: GCSE Grades (or equivalent) C/4 or above in English and Maths plus 2 other subjects and a minimum of a pass at Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
There is no upper age limit to an Apprenticeship; we would encourage applications from anyone leaving school, to looking for a career change and also ex-military.
