ITV is seeking an Insight Manager to join the Content Insight Team.

You will lead mixed-methods research across Factual, News and Entertainment programmes and work with Commissioning and Scheduling to embed audience insights into the creative lifecycle.

You will design studies, manage dashboards, and translate data into compelling stories for senior stakeholders while staying aligned with ITV’s evolving editorial strategy and audience-first culture.
