DEA is recruiting for a B1.2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer. DEA is a full-service aircraft operator with extensive ISR flight capability backed up by a skilled in-house aviation engineering team. This powerful combination puts us at the forefront of our industry, both in the air and on the ground. It also ensures we can deploy and support quickly and efficiently, even in the world’s most challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out base maintenance activities and certify work within your company approval.
  • Fault diagnosis/rectification on operational aircraft both in the UK and abroad.
  • Assist with aircraft surveys by other agencies.
  • Embody modifications.
  • Support maintenance/defect rectification of all other aircraft types as required.
  • Ensure working practices are carried out within Part 145 regulations.
  • Work with the Mission Systems team to address systems issues.
