De Warenne Academy is seeking a Reflection Manager to join our academy in September 2026. The role is part-time and permanent, working 22.5 hours per week during term time. You will coordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and raising their standards of behaviour for learning.
Salary: Grade F, Points 14–19 (£29,540–£32,061 FTE) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum starts at £15,121.29.
