De Warenne Academy is seeking an Attendance and Welfare Officer to join in January 2027 on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead attendance data management, implement first day absence strategies, and support safeguarding across the academy.
You will work with DSLs, families and external agencies to ensure effective plans and positive outcomes for pupils, fostering strong, respectful relationships with parents and carers.
