As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will help to oversee and manage the day to day running of the Hotel dining areas and bars, providing high quality food and beverage experiences to all our guests. You will monitor and review monthly sales performance and service standards whilst leading, training and supporting the waiting team.
Your skills & experience:
- You have experience in managing multiple food and beverage operations, and a service orientated approach with a passion for high standards and delivering memorable experiences.
- You have a positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
- You will be organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
