We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Revenue Manager to lead pricing, forecasting and distribution strategy at De Vere Wokefield Estate near Reading. Reporting to the Group Commercial Revenue Director and partnering closely with the Venue Director and Sales leadership, you will take full ownership of inventory management, forward forecasting and pricing strategy. Your focus will be on driving RevPAR, RGI and total revenue performance. This Revenue Manager role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will analyse market trends, competitor performance and booking pace across all segments, translating data into clear commercial decisions. Confidence presenting at senior level and influencing direction through data-led analysis is essential.
