Join the team at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Mortimer as a Guest Relations Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality from the moment our guests arrive. As the Guest Relations Manager, you will act as a visible and welcoming host in the lobby - building genuine connections, proactively gathering feedback and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You will play a key role in continuously enhancing the guest experience, creating memorable moments and positive stays from arrival through to departure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and act as a friendly and visible host in the lobby
  • Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable and personalised experiences
  • Encourage and gather feedback from guests throughout their stay
  • Investigate and respond to guest comments and reviews, whether received in person, via email or online
  • Work closely with departments across the hotel
  • Share feedback and insights with the wider team to help continually improve the guest experience

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident hospitality professional with strong front-of-house presence
  • Experience in guest relations, service and reputation management
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and create lasting impressions
  • Clear communication skills with sound judgement and decision-making ability

This is a full-time role that involves working a mixture of shifts to include earlies from 7am-3:30pm, lates from 2pm-10:30pm and middle shifts from 9am – 5:30pm – to include weekends.
