As a Wedding & Events Sales Manager you\’ll be at the heart of our hotel, turning initial enquiries into unforgettable experiences. You will conduct captivating show rounds, showcase our venue to the local wedding market, and be involved in planning guests\’ events up to the day, effectively communicating their requirements to our operational team who will then run the event on the day.

You will work closely with our passionate and experienced Wedding & Events team, including a Senior Events Coordinator and two dedicated Events Coordinators. Together, you\’ll collaborate to bring each event to life, share ideas, and support one another in delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.

This is a full-time role involving various shifts including 8:00am-16:30pm, 9:00am-17:30pm, 09:30am-18:00pm, and 11:30am-20:00pm. Weekend work is shared, aiming for every other weekend, with flexibility to cover holidays.

Your skills and experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4-star hotel or events venue
• Passion for events and delivering memorable experiences
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confident IT skills; familiarity with Opera software is beneficial but not essential
• Shared values such as warmth, genuine approach, anticipating guest needs, and attention to detail
