Are you looking to pursue a career in event planning? De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton under Edge have an opportunity for an Event Sales Co-ordinator to join the busy office based team. As an Event Sales Co-ordinator you will assist with meeting and event enquiries helping to convert them into bookings, liaising with external clients and colleagues within the hotel. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
What we look for in an Event Sales Co-ordinator:
- A keen interest in events, with either operational events/event planning or hospitality experience or a relevant event qualification
- Confident and professional communication, both via telephone and email.
- The ability to use IT systems with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
