As Assistant Leisure Manager you will assist with overseeing daily operations of our leisure and Spa facilities, namely the Spa treatment area, swimming pool and gym, maintaining a high standard of service, and a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Working with the Spa & Leisure Manager you will also help to ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are met, particularly in the pool & spa areas and monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Work alongside the team to achieve targets and to assist in the smooth running of the spa and treatment rooms. You must have strong leadership skills while being able to provide the spa with excellent, confident customer service.
What we look for in an Assistant Leisure Manager:
- A keen interest and previous experience in a Leisure/Spa role
- Qualification in Beauty Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent service and interpersonal skills to help ensure our guests feel welcome and have memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures in a leisure facility
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
The role includes providing treatments when needed and doing Leisure Reception shifts. A valid Pool plant qualification is desirable although not essential as training will be provided.
