Working 30 hours per week over 5 days, you'll be an integral part of our Sales & Marketing team, providing administrative support that helps us attract new business, deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve our commercial goals.
As a Sales Administrator you will:
- Conduct research calls to prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team by securing appointments with potential clients.
- Ensure sales reports and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Execute the hotel's social media calendar and assist with content creation.
- Maintain hotel marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Assist with maintaining content across the hotel's website and online listings.
- Support the Events team during busy periods and assist with client events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- A confident and professional communication style, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Previous experience within administration, sales support, hospitality or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.
