As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of the maintenance team responsible for making sure the property is kept to a high standard. The role will cover both reactive and planned preventative work and will also involve compliance work including property audits and recording important data such as meter readings. This is a full-time role which involves working during weekends.

In return the role offers £27,955 per annum plus excellent benefits including:

  • Knowledge and experience of basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrics and decorating
