De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. At De Vere Beaumont Estate, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Researcher to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Director of Sales, supporting business growth through research, lead generation and marketing initiatives.

As Sales & Marketing Researcher you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by assisting the Sales Department in achieving sales objectives and targets.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales on a variety of interesting research projects, local incentives and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research calls and visits, organise sales appointments and coordinate any advertising for the venue.
  • Focus on monitoring competitor activity, identifying their pricing structures and key clients to compile statistics on local companies and revenue generation to present back at Sales Meetings.

What we look for in a Sales & Marketing Researcher:

  • Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, research, or hospitality sales preferred.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in the hospitality/events industry.
