De Vere Beaumont Estate, set in Old Windsor, has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. Are you motivated by converting event sales bookings? De Vere Beaumont Estate, one of the largest hotel event venues in the UK, has an opening for a Meetings and Events Sales Conversion Executive to join the team in Old Windsor. This is an onsite office position working 5 days per week.
As the Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive, you’ll proactively convert key conference, corporate, and banqueting business through showrounds and proactive follow-up, maximising conversion opportunities across all event types.
- You have experience working as part of an events sales or planning team in a hotel or venue where you regularly conducted sales appointments and show rounds.
- You have a confident approach and are able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with clients and colleagues through your excellent communication skills.
- You are experienced using IT software – familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided.
- Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every detail is considered.
