As an Events Planning Co-ordinator, you will work as part of our busy events planning team onsite in the offices at the property. This is a 40 hour per week position, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Picking up contracted bookings from our enquiries team, you will work with our clients to plan every detail of their event ensuring that their requirements are then later handed over to our operational team who will run the event on the day. This role offers an opportunity to help plan a wide range of high value events from meetings and conferences to galas, awards nights and fashion shows!

Your skills and experience:
- You will ideally have some previous event planning / co-ordination experience or a relevant events qualification.
- You are passionate about events and prepared to put your heart and soul into delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
- You forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and our valued guests through your excellent communication skills.
- You are confident using IT software - familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided.
- Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered.
