As a Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Exec / Head Chef with day‑to‑day kitchen operations
- Help create and develop new dishes and menus
- Prepare, cook and present high‑quality food within your section
- Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs
- Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards

The Pay & Benefits:
