De Vere Latimer Estate has 205 bedrooms, 27 meeting and event spaces plus 30 acres of land for team building, a restaurant, bar, gym and swimming pool. Your Commute: we're just 5 minutes from J18 of the M25, but we are also close to public transport in the surrounding area, including Chalfont and Latimer station, making us accessible from Hemel Hempstead, Watford and High Wycombe.

As the Restaurant & Bar Manager you will:

  • Work alongside our Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the restaurant and bar areas run smoothly with a particular focus on driving revenue and service delivery as well as financially critiquing all cost KPI’s.
  • Be responsible for the team from recruitment to training and retention activities and will enjoy leading by example and motivating your team to deliver memorable experiences.

This is a full time role working a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis.

You have:

  • Restaurant and bars management experience and can demonstrate how you have helped to drive sales and maximise profit.
  • Confidence and a guest-focused approach to deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome.
  • Excellent organisational skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to delegate effectively.
  • A passion for managing people and motivating and developing team members.
