As the Restaurant Supervisor you will work with our Restaurant Manager participating in the preparation, set up and service of the restaurants to ensure they run smoothly. You'll create memorable food and beverage experiences for our guests ensuring efficient, high standards of service at all times.
Your skills and experience:
- You will have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a hotel environment although this is not essential.
- A positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
- A service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members.
- Well organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
