As a Reception Supervisor, you will:
- Lead by example and be the friendly face that greets our guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Ensure all shifts are supervised efficiently and all Reception duties are carried out to the agreed Company and Hotel Standards of Performance.
- Support the Front of House Manager in the recruitment, induction, training, and development of the Reception team.
What we look for in a Reception Supervisor:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional guest service – knowledge of Opera is desirable but not essential.
- Effective communication skills, experience of supporting and guiding colleagues, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Punctuality and good personal presentation.
- Proficiency in using IT software; familiarity with Opera would be advantageous (although not essential as training will be provided if needed).
