Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness? Join our team as a Public Area Cleaning Supervisor at De Vere Wokefield Estate Reading. From meticulously clean corridors to thoughtful touches, you will check Public Areas of the hotel on a daily basis, proactively addressing any housekeeping-related requirements to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will guide the team so they understand the importance of paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, to create memorable moments for our guests.
You will lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated. You will also support with administrative tasks such as stock orders, laundry counts, and rotas to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Your Skills & Experience:
- You have previous experience in a similar role - Hotel housekeeping experience is desirable, but is not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, prioritising tasks and managing work schedules to meet operational requirements.
