In return, the role offers a salary of £38,500 per annum plus excellent benefits including time off over the Christmas period, £50 staff stays with De Vere, 31 days holiday, and an extra paid day off for your birthday to name just a few.
As the Mansion House Conference & Events Manager, you will ensure flawless execution of client requirements, whilst consistently upholding our esteemed De Vere brand standards. Your leadership style will be key to motivating our dedicated and diverse team, and your expertise in the conference and events industry, coupled with your hospitality background, will contribute to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.
Your skills and experience:
- You have a genuine passion for and are experienced in the conference and events industry, prepared to put your heart and soul into delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
- You have management experience and enjoy inspiring members of the events team, finding the perfect balance between control and encouragement.
