De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to join our Level 4 Chef Apprenticeship.
As a Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Exec / Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Help create and develop new dishes and menus
- Prepare, cook and present high-quality food within your section
- Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs
- Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards
