De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. A hotel of this size means we have a variety of food and beverage outlets and some great bars on site, so we regularly host some pretty incredible conferences, events and weddings.

As an Events Manager you will lead our Meetings & Events Service team ensuring every detail is considered and event spaces are set up according to client requirements. This role has responsibility for the operational service delivery of conferences, weddings and special events at the venue and reports in to the Meetings & Events Operations Manager. As a member of the management team you will build valued relationships with your team and support with rotas, recruitment activities and completing departmental training, whilst providing support to our other F&B outlets as required. This role involves working a variety of shifts and days including weekends on a rota basis.
Your skills and experience: You have events management or supervisory experience within a similar hospitality environment, with a good understanding of the operational delivery of weddings and banqueting events. Through your intuitive approach you will put heart and soul into the operational delivery of conference and banqueting events to create unforgettable experiences. You have strong communication skills and are organised and motivated with drive and determination.
