De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. Join our Kitchen brigade at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor and learn from our experienced kitchen brigade in an award winning hotel and events venue. At De Vere Commis Chef colleagues really are vital members of our kitchen brigades; that's why we offer our Chefs a bright career with variety, support and industry leading professional development.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the option to join our Commis Chef Level 2 apprenticeship programme. This is a Full time role that involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days to include weekends on a rota basis. Any overtime is paid.

As a Commis Chef you will:

  • Prepare ingredients while supporting the kitchen brigade
  • Work in a fast paced kitchen offering various food offerings to our guests
  • Have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere
  • Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.

The Pay & Benefits:

  • £12.71 per hour plus a share of the Restaurant service charge
  • 28 days holiday each year (increasing annually up to 33 days)
