De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. As a Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Work in a team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, with clear opportunities to progress your career with De Vere
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented and passionate brigade
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety across the kitchen

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a rota basis. Any overtime is paid, alongside a share of service charge.

  • High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards
