De Vere Beaumont Estate, set in Old Windsor, has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. A hotel of this size means we have a variety of food and beverage outlets and some great bars on site, so we regularly host some incredible conferences, events, and weddings.

Your commute: based just 3 miles from Windsor, minutes from J13 of the M25 and 15 minutes from Heathrow; Egham station is also 3 miles away with fast connections to London Waterloo and Reading.

At De Vere, we warmly welcome everyone and foster a sense of belonging, where each person is valued and appreciated. Join our team and become part of a passionate group of individuals who genuinely care about the experiences we create for our guests and colleagues.

As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you’ll spend most of your time in our Sales Office, getting involved in how enquiries turn into confirmed events. From first contact through to final details, you’ll see how events are shaped before they’re delivered on the day. You’ll support the team with a range of tasks, including:

  • Responding to enquiries
  • Speaking with clients to understand what they’re looking for
  • Helping to create tailored proposals for conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events
  • Inputting bookings into our system
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Ensuring every detail is captured accurately for the wider team

You’ll work closely with both the Sales and Events teams, and you’ll complete a short rotation within Events Operations to see how things come together on the day. This will give you a well-rounded understanding of both the planning and delivery side of events. You’ll be learning from people who know their craft and care about doing things properly. By the end of your placement, you won’t just understand how events are sold and planned - you’ll have played a genuine part in making them happen.

About You

You don’t need to know everything yet - but you will need to be interested in events and open to learning. You’ll be someone who enjoys communicating with people and building relationships, whether that’s with clients or colleagues. You’ll have good attention to detail, be organised in how you approach your work, and be able to manage a few different tasks at once. Because things can move quickly, you’ll stay calm under pressure and keep a positive, professional approach. You’ll also be reliable, proactive, and ready to get involved in a busy team environment. Previous experience in hospitality, events, or a customer-facing role would be helpful, but it’s not essential.
