Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven professional to lead our painting and decorating team, ensuring our venue is always presented at its very best. As a Painter & Decorator Supervisor you’ll play a key role in preserving the look and feel of our property, while also overseeing the smooth delivery of decorating projects across the venue. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you’ll supervise painting and decorating tasks, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. You’ll lead by example, making sure all work is carried out safely, with minimal disruption to our guests, and that your team consistently delivers a first-class service. Alongside supervising projects, you’ll also support with hands-on decorating and occasionally assist with general maintenance tasks when needed.

In return, this role offers £31,000 per year, free meals on duty, complimentary use of leisure facilities, and a paid day off for your birthday. Your skills & experience:

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator Supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide others
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to achieving a high standard of work
• Awareness of Health & Safety and safe working practices
• A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a team-focused approach
