Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and enjoy being out on the golf course? As a Golf Assistant, you will be an important part of the guest experience, ensuring all golf facilities are well maintained and presented to a high standard. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the golf operation, from serving customers in the shop and managing tee time bookings to handling payments and helping to drive retail sales. Using your knowledge and interest in golf, you’ll also spend time out on the course monitoring pace of play, upholding etiquette and ensuring all players are enjoying their experience. You will take pride in maintaining the driving range and practice areas, ensuring they are clean, stocked and ready for use. This role involves a mixture of shifts including weekends on a rota basis.
