Join De Vere Cranage Estate in Holmes Chapel as a Conference & Events Supervisor and help deliver seamless Meetings, Events and Breakfast service experiences in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our busy Conference & Events operation, ensuring every space is perfectly set, every detail is right, and every event runs flawlessly. Leading by example, you’ll support and motivate your team to deliver warm, professional service and memorable guest experiences. You’ll also gain cross exposure in our Tempus Restaurant, supporting Breakfast service during busy periods, maintaining high standards, training new team members, and ensuring excellent guest care from start to finish.

This is a full-time role (5 days out of 7) with shifts between 06:30–15:00 (Breakfast) or 14:00–22:30 (Events), including weekend working on a rota basis.

The Pay & Benefits:
