About the role: De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading is recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager to support and guide our team of Bar Tenders. Our Bar Team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.
As the Assistant Bar Manager you will:
- Support the Bar Manager and take a lead role on the bar, creating and serving drinks and engaging with guests on a daily basis.
- Work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge.
- Keep the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.
