About the De Vere Emerging Leader Programme:

The departments will include Meetings & Events, Bar, Restaurant, Reception, Housekeeping & the Kitchen.
Following your initial 6 months, you will work with the Management team to choose 2 departments to work in for a further 3-5 months, to focus on and gain a greater depth of knowledge including learning about the duties involved at a Supervisory level. During the programme, you will be assigned from within the Hotel who will be on hand to offer you guidance and support. You will also be invited to take part in De Vere Emerging Leader workshops and training courses/qualifications.
You will be required to work a variety of hours and days depending on the department in which you are working. These will include a mixture of early starts from 6am, day shifts, and late finishes between 11pm and 2am (for events).
