We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham, supporting our Restaurant & Bar operations. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department. Remaining hands‑on during service, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences, support and develop the team, and ensure high standards are consistently delivered across both the Restaurant & Bar operations. This is a part‑time role working 20 hours per week, with shifts varying in line with business needs. Weekend working is included on a rota basis.
