As a Chef de Partie at De Vere, you'll be a vital member of our kitchen brigade, playing a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Work in a team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop, with clear opportunities to progress your career with De Vere
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented and passionate brigade
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety across the kitchen

  • Prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment
  • High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards
